John got his start in the publishing industry at a small press. While working there, he witnessed first-hand the challenges new authors faced in navigating the industry. Inspired to help others avoid similar difficulties, he began writing how-to guides on the writing and publishing process. His first title launched the successful "Writing and Book Publishing: Essential Tips for Author Success". John later co-produced the popular online "Getting Started with Self-Publishing: The Step-by-Step Publishing Guide", to provide additional education for authors at all stages of their career.
