Costa Rica Expat Life

Moving to Costa Rica has been a life-changing decision for me. Three years ago, I quit my nine-to-five job and shifted all of my work online. I no longer have a nine-to-five job that requires me to spend time commuting and working in an office. This has allowed me to work on my own terms and has significantly reduced stress in my life. Instead, I work from my porch most of the time, and I have the flexibility to choose my own hours.

The benefits of working from home are incredible, and I can speak more about those in another video.

In addition to the changes in my work life, my health and eating habits have also improved since moving to Costa Rica. We eat more fresh fruits and vegetables and less processed food, which has had a positive impact on my joint issues and overall well-being. Lastly, simplifying our possessions has freed us from the burden of excess stuff and has allowed us to focus on the things that truly matter.

Key Takeaways

  • Moving to Costa Rica can lead to a more flexible and stress-free work life.
  • Eating fresh and locally grown food can improve overall health and well-being.
  • Simplifying possessions can lead to a more fulfilling and intentional life.

Overall, moving to Costa Rica has been a positive change for me and my family. If you are considering a move to this beautiful country, I highly recommend checking out our book "Cut the Crap and Move to Costa Rica" or our training program for more information on how to make the move successfully.
